Inspecting Your Order
When your order arrives, retain all packaging and shipping documents for your records. Carefully check the item for any issues, discrepancies, or damages, and take detailed photos of the entire item and packaging displaying problematic areas.
Reporting Artwork Issues or Damage
In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives with signs of damage, please send an email requesting a return to our concierge service at: concierge@avantgallery.com within 2 business days of receiving the artwork
Note: Return order request should be accompanied of photos and appropriate documentation of the artwork and the packaging materials otherwise the return request won't be considered valid.
Once we review your return request, we will send you an email with further instructions.
