Miami Beach, FL—Avant Gallery is pleased to announce the opening of its new Miami Beach location within the renowned Herzog & de Meuron-designed parking structure at 1111 Lincoln Road. The gallery’s 6,000 s.f. space, thoughtfully partitioned, captures the dynamic atmosphere of an art fair, fostering an immersive engagement with a meticulously curated selection of contemporary art.
As Miami’s premier contemporary art gallery since 2007, Avant Gallery’s debut exhibition at the new location will spotlight Home by Dinner, a major presentation by Marcos Anziani. Revered for his distinctive exploration of his Dominican heritage and influences from masters like Pablo Picasso and Willem de Kooning, Anziani has ascended a sought-after figure in abstract art. His work will be presented alongside those of Victoria Ledig, Jon Koehler, and Brandusa Niro, as well as pioneering AI artist Paul Parsons. Parsons’ new series, Everyday Genius, created in partnership with the Albert Einstein Archives at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, reimagines Albert Einstein in relatable settings—such as cycling through a park—inviting reflection on the interplay between genius and daily life.
The gallery will also introduce new work by LA-based expressionist artist Chase Lock, whose richly textured style adds an invigorating perspective to the exhibition. Additionally, Avant Gallery will debut exclusive works on canvas by Miami native of Cuban descent, Gabriela Noelle, a globally celebrated multidisciplinary artist, showcasing an intimate and playful facet of her visionary style.
Situated at the base of the iconic Herzog & de Meuron building, Avant Gallery’s new Miami Beach space reaffirms the gallery’s commitment to providing a platform for contemporary art that bridges diverse voices and audiences through a program of dynamic, evolving exhibitions.
