Begin by clicking "Add to Cart" on the product page, and then clicking "Continue Shopping" or "Checkout". When clicking "Checkout" you will be asked to "Sign In" if you are an existing customer, or to "Register" if you are a new customer.

Types of Payments
We accept personal/company checks and the following types of credit cards: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Please note that checks must first clear before your order can be processed.
Taxes
We are obligated to collect sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in the state of Florida.
Site Security
This website has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. All orders are transmitted over secure Internet connections using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology. All of your personal information and sign-in password are stored in encrypted format at all times. This website, and more importantly all user information, is further protected by a multi-layer firewall based security system. Additionally, at no time do we store your credit card information after completing the transaction of your purchase, online or offline.
Shipping & Delivery
You can expect your order to be shipped within the time frame stated on the product page. We are pleased to offer complimentary and insured standard shipping on most orders. Certain larger items require freight/truck delivery and may incur applicable costs. If this applies to your purchase, an Avant Gallery associate will contact you with a quote before your order is processed. Expedited delivery is available on some products; please contact us for accomodations. You will be notified of the expected delivery date by email from our customer service department, or by a truck carrier if your order is shipped by truck, in which case a convenient delivery date/time will be arranged with you. International shipping is available with certain restrictions; please contact us for more information.

Order Status
You may track the status of your order by signing in to your account. Additionally, you will be notified by email when your order is ready to ship.
Return Policy
If you wish to return an item from your order, we will accept the return within 10 business days and issue a full refund (less original shipping costs). The item must be returned pre-paid and insured in its original condition and you must first contact us to receive an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) prior to shipping the item. Returns cannot be issued on special order or custom-made products unless they arrive damaged or malfunctioning, in which case you will need to notify us and the carrier immediately upon reception. If a replacement is not available, a complete refund will be issued.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Your complete satisfaction is our goal. We strive to bring you products that are made and designed with quality and passion. If for any reason you receive a product with which you are not completely satisfied, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can promptly find a solution.
Fair Price Guarantee
We are committed to offering you products at a fair value and the lowest price possible. If you happen to find any of our products at a lesser price, we guarantee to match the price so that you are completely confident in proceeding with your purchase at Avant Gallery, or we will refund the difference within 45 days of purchase. Should this situation arise, please contact us to facilitate the price-match.
Applicable restrictions are as follows:
- The product must be offered by an authorized retailer
- The product must be identical, in brand new condition, in stock or with the same lead time, and covered by the manufacturer’s warranty
- The quoted price must include all applicable charges, such as taxes, shipping/handling, and customization options
- We cannot match quotes from closeouts, clearances or liquidation sales
